Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre, Jaipur takes admission through REAP and takes direct admissions also.

It all depends upon the REAP Merit List that you will get this college or not. Focusing on last years cutoff you will surely get this college.

The EWS certificate are issued by the local authorities.  So  definitely it will be issued by gujrat government if you are from there, but the problem is with the format. Try to get the certificate in the format mentioned by the JEE.
