Unfortunately, no. SIBM Pune has an expected cut-off of 97-98 percentile.
But, you can apply in SSBF, SICSR, and SIMC. All these have cutoffs between 55-70 percentile, so you may have a chance.
Once you apply and get shortlisted, you will have to go through written ability test, group

Nta. Calculate your percentile through the normalization process. In that process highest score is considered as 100 percentile and relative to that other candidates percentile are calculated.

No good college at 149 marks, cutoff for NMIMS Mumbai is 208+ and for NMIMS Bengaluru and Hyderabad it will be 190+ , XUB - HRM also accept Nmat score this year for which cutoff will be 185+.
