Both the books are decent but my suggestion would be the household HC Verma. Mainly because of the numerical questions in it. Solving just one question would teach you almost all the skills and concepts associated with that particular topic. Also dont neglect NCERT.

The National testing agency (NTA) has provided joint entrance examination results in percentile for both subjective wise as well and total. As those are the percentile mentioned in the joint entrance examination (JEE) main results it is out of 100 percentile.
