According to your 81.71 percentile your rank would be around 163k.

The formula by which you can calculate the rank is (100- your percentile)*896010/100.

896010 is total number of students appeared in January session.

I have a domicile of Chhattisgarh but my cast certificate is from Bihar. Do i have to make a migrant caste certificate or original certificate from bihar with validity certificate will do for neet pg2020.

If you want to apply for state seat in Chattisgarh it is better to get a migrant caste certificate as a lot of states do not allow you to avail reservation in that state without a caste certificate from the state of domicile.

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. But chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile. You can go for state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.
