IF you are from any of the reserved categories the chances would have been better but if you are form the general category then you will beed about 89 percentile for qualifying the jee mains. without qualifying you cannot get admission through the jee mains score

For admission in CSE at VSSUT burla you need to have your general rank under 55k. So, crossponding percentile should be more than 96.
For your percentile you won't be able to get into that. So, aim for 96+ percentile for admission there.
