To answer you question, as far as I have searched on the official website of St Stephan college, No they don't offer any course under correspondence with CA. For that matter , St Stephan does not have a course of CA in their college so I would ask that you

So it would be safe to assume that, to clear the cutoff by a safe margin you should aim to score above 500-550 .
