For jee 2 B. Arch exam, you can carry your geometry box, pencils (HB, 1H, 2H, 3H or whichever suitable), crayons, eraser etc. For pencils I would suggest carry 2 of each just in case. Oil pastels can be a bit hectic to use so I would suggest

To get admission in NIT surathkal
You will need more than 170 marks to get a seat without any problems if you are from general category.
And 160+ will be safe for any reservations as percentile required to get admission in NIT surathkal is more than 98 percentile.

The B.Arch. aptitude paper is part of the Joint Entrance Exam- Mains Paper-2. It will be out of a total 400 marks. There will be three sections- Mathematics, Aptitude and Drawing. Mathematics consists of 20 MCQs and 5 Subjective questions. The Aptitude section will consist of 50 MCQs.

The cutoff required for admission varies depending on various parameters. For admission to UBS Chandigarh through defence category, 85+ CAT percentile would be a decent score. Performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI) also plays a major role in the admission process.
