For admission to ug courses you must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and for PG courses you must have passed your graduation with minimum 50% from any recognized University.

KIIT is one of the best engineering colleges but if you wish to take the chemical branch or if you like then go for it but if you are alloted this branch then definitely do not go for it as there is less packages for chemical branch.
