My doubt is that if a person is not from non creamy layer and falls in OBC category ,then does he able to competete for the 311 seats under OBC reservation in AIIMS institute.If not then under what category must he competete.

If you belong to OBC category, the Community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list and only then you will be considered under OBC category or else you will be considered under General category.  Now under All India Quota all the 15% off All India Quota

While preparing the merit list 60% weightage is given to boards score and 40% to the gujcet score.

Seeing your marks and previous years cutoff their is high probability of you getting CSE in some top colleges like Nirma University,Birla Vishwakarma Vidyalaya,LD College of Engineering.

The colleges taking admission without Nata are private colleges not the government one. If you want to enroll yourself in government college you have to appear for NATA.

As per the available literature about both these universities it seems that both of them are doing very well in Law programs.

LPU has a bit better curriculum delivery while Amity has a proximity to Delhi which can be decisive.

Both are offering placements , but LPU has an edge
