To calculate your cutoff for Agriculture Engineering you just need to follow the Below steps:

  1. Add all the Marks, i.e., Physics+Maths+Chemistry+Biology (97+95+91+76)
  2. Divide the Result by 4 (359/4)
  3. The figure you get will be your Cutoff (89.75%)

If your son has studied in India for 12 years and his parents have a native citizen certificate, then for sure the category to apply is as a native student. You cannot apply under a foreign category in the tnea exam.
