You can do MTech in your BTech graduate Branch only. You can't change your branch in higher education.

if a candidate has done Btech in CSE then Can do in MTech CSE/IT domain specialization. There is no restriction to apply for different branch in GATE. But different branch score

For EWS reservation there are different criteria in which each one should be fulfilled in order to get the certificate. You mentioned only criteria which you fulfill.

If you want to get 10% reservation through JEE-Main Counselling than you must have EWS Certificate as a valid proof. Note
