You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. For this Category, if  you belong to General Category, then you will need 575 atleast

To get direct admission in Anna university is little difficult with your cutoff. There will be a lot of competition and state board students will have a cut off of 195 and above. But you can definitely try for Anna university
