You need not have to give GBU ET to get into B tech as according to the official website the eligibility criteria for B tech requires you to get good marks in JEE mains:

Yes, you can go for Management in Business Administration after completing three year bachelor's in LLB course from any college. The basic eligibility criteria for CAt exam is 50% in bachelors degree from any stream.
