The basic criteria is that the candidate should have passed Bachelor's degree with minimum of 55% aggregate scored in the last qualifying degree or 5.5 CGPA scored out of 10, for general category. So the graduation marks are taken into consideration. There is no minimum percentage required in class 12

The cutoff for IISER 2020(AndraPradesh) is 468 out of 500 for GEN category students. Where as it is 464 for OBC and 450 for SC. For ST and PWD category it is 446. IISER exam is conducted for admission to BS-MS degree program at one of the seven IISERs.

Cengage is a good book for jee mains and advanced cengage book is so made that you'll get questions from different books in it that is in cengage you'll find questions of hc Verma, ERODOV, etc all combined. Solving past year with cengage will give you good practice.
