if you compare Physics questions of both JEE mains and NEET then you can see that in NEET you need more accuracy and speed than JEE mains.
In general if you consider then Level 1 questions can clear your concepts but i think you should push further till some extent,
you have fairly chance to get in if you have done you 12th from delhi. but that too at very last moment at closing time ..you won't be able to choose branch or get most celebrated branch of DTU
