CBSE never mentions the grace marks in the marksheet. Though it gives the additional marks but it does not mention it separately. It is already added in the marks. Like you attempted the paper of 92 marks but in your marksheet your score is 95, so additional 3 marks
see the psus which generally hires with gate score donot have any work experience criteria for selection, candidates is shortlisted by gate score, calls for gd/pi rounds and based on performance final list is made, now there is age limit which is different for different psus, now age relaxation
