Hi,

MPC and BIPC both are great in its own way. If you are good with numbers go for MPC. If you are good at drawing pictures and remembering every minute details go for BIPC. If you are unable to decide you can chose MBIPC.

Unfortunately no..For doing M.Tech in Environmental engineering, the eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have a 4 year B.E or B.tech degree in Environmental Engineering or any other engineering degree with 60% aggregate marks from any recognized university..
