see it certainly do not cause any issues for not having naac accreditation. now it depends on your score, academic profile,qualifying marks criteria, etc, to get admission in any college you must have get the required admission details, most of the university have certain grade score required for exams
As you are of state board then you should upload your marks, according to your state board,if board exam in your state happens in 11th as well as 12th or marks of 11th are added in board then please upload 11th and 12th combined marks ,otherwise go for only 12th.

For BTech, you have to clear intermediate first. Then you can apply for IIIT. For that, you have to clear entrance examination, i.e., joint entrance examination JEE.
