Karthika, there are Open schools through which you can complete your 12th. You can study as a Private Candidate and complete your 12th. Now almost all entrance examinations and professional cpurses accept NIOS students. So you can join any NIOS study centre, register with them and complete your 12th.

You needn't score 50% or 40% individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. If you belong to OBC, you shpuld score 40% on average in Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be eligible for NEET. With your marks, you will be eligible for NEET 2020. So nothing to be worried about.

Hostel fee for 2 occupancy (AC )  is 1,20,000 per annum. Non AC - 48,000 per annum.
