Yes, admission through REAP is based on merit in JEE Main or Class 12 or diploma.You must qualify in JEE Main to be eligible.And you must have passed 10+2 with Mathemaics, Physics and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical vocational subject with 45% aggregate.For reserved categories it is 40% aggregate.
