see you did not mention any course name like whether it is b.tech or b.sc in computer science, but in west bengal majority of engineering seat fills by wbjeeb score, for jadavpur university engineering admission, your rank should be under 200 if you from general category for cse stream,

There is nothing special about this Entrance exam. If you are already preparing for the NEET then it will be a cakewalk for you.

Yes definitely you can study law . As law is na careers oriented degree hence you can definitely do law after mba or any other degree

For doing law from some top college you need to clear the entrance exam.
