Your profile is quite decent profile to get into IIMs. So if you can wait for a year and prepare for the CAT this year then there is a chance that you'll get into top IIMs as you are from non engineering background with above average scores.

For IITs ,  you need to qualify JEE Advance after qualifying JEE Mains .
