For sure, you are eligible for neet exams.To give neet exam ,one must have passes 12th with PCB and English subjects.For general candidates,50% overall marks are required and for SC/BC 40% marks are required to give neet exam.
So, in all the cases ,you are eligible for Neet.

It is difficult to indicate the marks because rank depends on number of candidates appeared, the highest score of the exam, your category etc. The total marks are 120 marks for AP LAWCET. You need to score in between 100-110 marks to have decent chances of getting rank below
To be on safer side you could expect rank <100 at these marks in ap lawcet.
Last year marks of top three students were;1 12,104 and 102 respectively.But it varies from year to year depending upon the level and difficulties in the examination.

It is difficult to predict as cutoff depends on many factors like exam difficulty but to be on safer side target atleast 100 marks so as to be in top 100 rank holders in ap lawcet exam.

Though many were are asking to cancel Neet examination and provide admission on the basis of marks in 12th board examination but actually that's not possible practically and so Neet examination has not been cancelled and admission will be through Neet examination
