I'll recommend you to go for Jaipuria Lucknow over Indira school of business studies Pune (ISBS). Due to covid-19 pandemic, the situation is not good when it comes to placement and summer internship for MBA students. Also Jaipuria  Institute of Management lucknow has better placements then ISBS. For pursuing BA history one should have completed class 12th from a recognised board like CBSE, ICSE etc. with a minimum of 50%. The stream does not matter.
