In 2018, around 15–20k students applications were accepted.

In 2017, this number was around 12–15k. In 2016, it was slightly more than that in 2017.

At this point in time, IIM Indore has postponed IPMAT 2020 from July 25th to September 7th. The official website doesnt mention any news of postponement or rescheduling. Unless we hear from the official website, we cannot speculate. So we would suggest you to watch out for updated information on
