It depends on your future plans of higher studies. If you are taking admission in a college which take admission based on merit in 10+2 then this percentage will not be enough but if you are interested in a course which gives admission based on merit in entrance exam

to get admission in m.tech course you need to appear in state entrance exam or gate exam, however gate score is widely accepted in most university in india. see 60% score is decent ,since most of the institute marks criteria is 60% in graduation, you may not find difficulty
