I got 99 percentile in Jee(mains) but less than 75% in cbse. I want to appear in cbse improvement exam. My question is that will my marks in Jee mains be applicable for admission after I give my CBSE improvement exam??

Sorry to say, but jee marks is valid for that particular year only, so if you appear for improvement exam next year, your 99 percentile will not be valid.
