Since your rank of crl and category both are very low that you can not even get admission in any branch at any NITS in the country, hence there is no chance of yours to get cs branch.

You can calculate your JEE All India Rank from your percentile by using the formula:

100-your percentile * (no.of Candidates who appeared for the session)/100. And, 869010 Candidates appeared for January session. Going by that,

It will depend that how many students are ahead of you in general category .

But according to last year's trends and other assumptions your general rank may be around 10-12 thousand but is may vary accordingly and depend upon the current scenario and other factors.
