now comparing the equation 1 with your question you may get that

well no you cant get into SRCC if you dont have maths in your 12th standard  and SRCC offers 2 courses B.com (//B.com) and B.A(ECONOMICS).so it is necessary that the applicants have studied maths intheir 12th standard.
