Yes you can correct your address details in the AP EAMCET application from. You can change the following things in the application form during the correction window

• Qualifying exam

• Qualifying exam - year of appearing/ passing

• Medium of instruction in qualifying exam

• Place of study - Intermediate or equivalent

SO, now can't apply for NEET 2020.

However the application form correction window is open till 14th April 2020 till 5:00 PM.
