Sorry to say but you will not get NIT at 86 percentile,but you can go for GFTI that is government funded technology institutions , i have a better option you should go for private university like CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY ,amity that offers excellent academics ,and also offers scholarship upto 75 percent
