you can take online course for Data Science. there are many online learning website which provides courses for free and some for paid. Some of them are UDACITY, UDEMY, CourseEra, EDX and many more. for online course there is no  eligibility criteria.  You can take it on your interest.

Please go to the official of MCI and apply for registration. Here are the steps:-

1. You have to apply by filling up a online application form.
2. You have to send xerox copy of your original  documents to the MCI office through speed post. Time duration is within 6 months
