No, Delhi Technological University does not offer B.Tech (Lateral entry) Computer Science Engineering. The courses offered under B.Tech Lateral Entry are  Mechanical Engineering, Polymer and Chemical Technology, Bio Technology and Engineering physics. Firstly congratulations that you get such a good rank.  I think that you may get Computer science and engineering in Vellore campus in 2 or 3 rd category. And in Chennai in 1 st category. You have high chances to secure good seat in both campus.
