Please specify which branch you had opt for in the counselling. Either it is in Group A or Group B. Also specify your category you had opt for. However for Hostel fees. Vit has different category of fees depending on your preference of 2 bedded, 3  bedded, 4 bedded

Yes you can surely take admission in any of the college outside your state or in your state ,or outside INDIA . You are fully valid to take admission , I have seen many students from Assam in CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY,and and many other private universities BEST OF LUCK

You can get the Vellore campus easily in lower branch. But you will not get good branch in vellore or Chennai Campus. I recommend you to take good branch at Amravati or Bhopal Campus.  Cse at bhopal is easily available. You can opt for it according to your wish.
