Now come to your question you can easily get into NIT but not CSE. You can get the lower branches at NIT whose rank is after 10 .

According to the data you must be needed bachelors degree with 50% marks for apply. And normally if you get 180 marks in exams you can get guarantee COEP admission. And if you say percentile wise 99+ percentile is required for open category students to secure and safe COEP

To get seat in BSc Agriculture  you need at least 50% marks in 12th for appearing (CET) . To get seat in BSc Agricultural you need to get above 50% marks in CET . As only around 1200 seats are there your  ranking should be below 5000
