No it's not possible to cancel a national level examination like NEET and conduct it next year. The NEET 2020 will be conducted this year. HRD Minister is likely to make an announcement on the conduct of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2020)
Yes NEET exam will surely be conducted since a national level examination like NEET JEE cannot be cancelled. So yes NTA is about to make an announcement late evening today so stay tuned to the official website. And about the colleges, we can't really say. It depends on GOVERNMENT orders
