According to the latest guidelines issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, the educational institutions will be closed till July 31st so offline classes will not be conducted. Therefore order has been passed through Minstry of HRD as well as UGC to conduct online classes through different platforms.

In neet 2019, 571 marks was the lowest marks that was required for OBC1 category for getting a  government medical college  under Jharkhand state quota and it was for Patliputra Medical college, Dhanbad

No it's not possible to cancel a national level examination like NEET and conduct it next year. The NEET 2020 will be conducted this year. HRD Minister is likely to make an announcement on the conduct of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2020)

I think this is not possible to be a OBC category person in Bihar but general category person in central government.by the rule and OBC candidate from a state cannot migrate to general category.it will happen only if you obtain a higher marks in any national level test.so

There is no category specific data available to us. In total, there are 7400 MBBS and 2873 BDS seats offered in medical as well as dental colleges of the state.
