Yes, TS PGECET exam which was scheduled to be conducted on July 1 to 4, 2020 has been postponed as many places are still under lockdown and are containment zones. Not only PGECET, all common entrance tests of Telengana like EMACET, ICET, LAWCET etc have been postponed by the Telengana

As you have mentioned that you have secured 85930 rank in viteee. Considering the previous years cutoff it seem that it is impossible for you to get cse in vit vellore campus. The cutoff rank is very low im comparison to yours. Also vellore campus is the main branch

With 91 percentile in jee mains and having two certificates, that is jharkhand resident and general ews certificate you have high chances of geeting into BIT but there can be a competition for cse branch as it has 38 seats only.
