Actually it does not depend on the overall percentage ..the best of four would have to be calculated..

And the north/south campus thing would basically depend on the respective cut-offs of colleges  and your choice.

You should have overall 55% In PCM subjects for B.tech Enginnering  and Individual score is not considered in many of the Engineering colleges.
