yes you have chances to get admission for both the courses B.Sc and B.A  in delhi university  as you have secured pretty much good percentage but also we cannot ignore that delhi university's cutoff really goes high even 99 percent too.

If you want Vellore Campus through Category 1 then it would be difficult as most of the times it gets over under 20k rank only.  But if your luck favors then you can get Bio Technology or it's substitutes stream, sometimes Chemical too. Otherwise you will have to switch Chennai

The fee structure is 121,600 rupees  per year .

For applying to the B.Arch program at SPA Delhi , candidates must have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent examinations. Candidates must have  Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects in 10+2 examinations.

Basically these cutoffs changes each and every year but in the VIT Case it is bit complex as they do not disclose any cutoffs as official figure.

But in general considering your case then i can say that you have to opt for category 4th or 5th to get CSE
