You can take admission in any college based on your merit. If you have good marks then you can surely apply for good colleges. Though some colleges may have entrance exam of their own.

10% reservation applies to ASCOMS Jammu. This Medical College has an annual seat intake of 100 and so approximately 10 seats are allotted to EWS Reservation. Now we do not have 2019 EWS data for this College but n 2019 under State Quota, 489 marks secured a seat in ASCOMS

With this rank you can be eligible to various NITs/IIITs and especially state government colleges. No. There is no BTech course in IIIT-B. There is only iMTech course, which is five years long, and gives you an MTech Degree and BTech Degree at the end of 5 years .

So Check the other colleges for B-tech course.
