Its not mandatory for you to learn computer languages before pursuing engineering course. However, if you are planning to go for computer science engineering it is advised that you have some basic knowledge of computer programming languages pre admission. But you can also learn alongwith your engineering course

Hey there,

well if your board aggregate percentage is less than 75%(all subjects),then you are not eligible for admission for NIT,IIT even if you get maximum rank in IIT-JEE MAINS,but don't worry if you want an NIT then give the improvement BOARD exam and prepare for MAINS  as well .
