Hey there,

well if your board aggregate percentage is less than 75%(all subjects),then you are not eligible for admission for NIT,IIT even if you get maximum rank in IIT-JEE MAINS,but don't worry if you want an NIT then give the improvement BOARD exam and prepare for MAINS  as well .

Generally cutoffs changes each and every year as it depends upon various factors like the difficulty level of the paper, number of students appearing for the exam, etc.

But in general if you consider previous year cutoffs then i don't think you can get any college(government seat) with this rank.
