Tarun, if you want to study MBBS/BDS/Ayush/Veterinary courses across India, NEET is the entrance examination and the validity of that score is only for 1 academic year. Which means if you have secured 200 in NEET 2019, it can be only used for admissions in 2019 for studying in India.
