NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. But if you are a citizen of Nepal, you are not bound to appear for NEET to study MBBS in Nepal. If you want to study MBBS in India, then NEET becomes mandatory for you.

For NDA -2.5 is eligible but it should be spherical for cylindrical it should be 2.0. Since you are at the boarder situation i request you to first go for medical checkup and be clear that the eyesight of yours is acceptable.

Yes. KCET renders separate ranks for PCB and PCM.

PCM will be considered for engineering ranking and PCB for veterinary, agriculture science and ayurvedic science.

However, you'll not be able to get medical(MBBS) seat as NEET has been made compulsory all over India.
