IIITD and NSUT both are Delhi Government College. NSUT is much older and has a great alumni network, whereas IIITD is relatively new.

Both the colleges are more or less similar when it comes to placements (only comparing CSE).

IIITD's curriculum is much better than NSUT's curriculum. IIITD

I dont know about manipal university, however being a LPU alumni, i would recommned LPU.

LPU is a right place for Aerospace Engineering. The programme comes with engineering minors:

2. SPACE ENGINEERING and pathway electives:

Hello student yes you're eligible if you full fill the eligibility criteria which says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with minimum 45 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board. So even if you fail in 6th subject but passed overall then yes you're eligible.

For getting into Jadavpur university, you need your overall percentage should be atleat 60% in higher secondary irrespective of which board you have done intermediate in.there is no such bar on individual subjects.
