yes you can change your stream in jamia but the there is not as such formal procedure or online application form .after the completion of your first year you can visit the administration and ask for stream change . they will provide you the application form and guide you further

Yes you can pursue Bachelor's degree regular and another degree from distance . As per Distance Education Council (DEC) , you can pursue two degree through a combination of distance and regular mode . Two degree program pursued through regular mode is not valid .
