According to your marks and category it would be little tough to get government college . Although you can go for spot rounds also , where you might get a seat in GMC Haldwani , GDMC , VCSG .

There is no much of difference between CSE and CE. CSE basically deals more with software than hardware whereas CE deals more with hardware than software. in CSE, there is a wide range of things one can learn because it involves solving a problem in a efficient way
