you are from EWS category, now for government colleges the score needed is about 450+, so at your score you have less chance even in good private medical colleges, but can try for private dental colleges. Please follow the link for ews category cut offs for different states

It will not affect your admission process. But we would suggest you to appear for NEET 2020 before you decide to drop a year. You think you are not prepared for the exam but you actually do not know the level of your preparation unless you appear for the exam

If someone has atkt in any exam in any sem than he have to appear that exam again and pass it without clearing atkt u cant go further to next year.

But once you cleared and completed your year and its solely depend upon the criteria of college

see there is many type of jobs available in Information technology company where coding is much not needed, however some of the job position are process associate,  web consultant, business executive etc. however see the salary for programmer or software engineer is high compare to other job positions roles.
