Akshaya, though it is a Government Quota seat, because the seat was offered in a Private College, the penatly might be huge. This is because the seat will be vacant for the rest of the duration of the course and there is no direct admission to 2nd year to fill

Actually the cutoff trend changes every year. So it is quite difficult to say whether you get or not. Actually this is a average score. And this marks your rank can be above 83k.

In this manner it is about impossible to get any seats in government colleges.
