The cutoff ranges different for different branches as you didn't mentioned any branch I would give an example of Chemical engineering. As you said that you are from OBC category the cutoff ranges for gender neutral is 1100 and for females it is 2363.

It is quite difficult to get government seat with this rank. If you have had a rank around 9k to 10k  it would have been still possible. Not giving you false hopes but still you can't get a seat as last year the clsong rank was around 9800 for Veterinary

If we see the situation and courts decisions then there is almost no chance for postponement of jee mains 2020 exam now .

So it will be better if candidates starts preparations for this exam now.
