See the branches cutoffs depends on a lot of factors like the difficulty of the paper, seat matrix,  no.of students appearing etc.

Most importantly,  it depends on the institute.

National level institutes like the NITs and IITs will nsver take into account corona panedemic to directly influence cutoffs.
